I know how hard it can be when you experience poor health and infertility. I know how shocking and devastating it can be. I know how you may be feeling right now because I have experienced this too. I went through premature menopause (premature ovarian failure) aged 26 - which lead to several health imbalances and ultimately infertility. I was devastated!
Very little is known about POF, so all I was told was that I would develop several health conditions as a result and that my only options to be a mum would be through adoption or egg donation.
From Pain to Healing
It was hard to take this news in, but I was determined to accept what I had to go through, turn my fear into hope, and find a way to heal myself and live my best life.
Acupuncture formed the balance and support I relied on through my own journey back to health and well-being. A combination of supplements, acupuncture and reflexology later became the only therapeutical approach that truly helped me get back to health and balance and support me in my journey to health and become a mum to the most beautiful boy - my son Raphael.
